Tarsila lives in Favela do Dendê, on the very top of the hill, and the view for her is beautiful. Tarsila is affiliate with Tio Pablo's business, taking care of a "small cassino" Tio Pablo owns, and she takes part of the money management. Tarsila lives with her uncle since she was little, and she views him as a father figure as he was the one who really took care and raised her. Really likes to fight, play soccer, and drink(it's even better when you play soccer when drunk!), going to various Butecos in the favela. Has a very tragic(and cliche) past, but doesn't talk about it, thus she's a bit of anger issues... Tarsila is quite sarcastic when not in the mood(ALL TIMES) and she comes out as rude most times. She isn't a bad person per se, but she did and does a lot of wrong things because that's the life she unfortunetly has. Went to jail once, which made her uncle get really angry and upset with her(not for the reason you are thinking). In general, Tarsila is just trying to live, mostly survive and have food on her plate.
