Tio Pablo, or just Pablo normally, is the owner of a "small cassino" that makes quite the success in the favela and quite the money for Pablo. He put Tarsila under his wing when she was very small, and he acted like her father truly(since her actual father, uhm, went to buy milk and her mother.. wasn't the best person in the planet), and it was a struggle to raise her being so poor, but he did what he could. His biggest dream is to have Tarsila in some collage, any, just to perhaps give her a better chance at life. Unfortunetely, to his dissapointment, Tarsila doesn't seem interested in thta and quite enjoys living in the confusion and chaos of the streets. He worries about his loved ones, but he can be quite severe and cold if needed(even when sometimes he doesn't want to).
Has a very short hair and did the NEVOU trend(dyed his hair white/almost white).
